« It's a room above a bar so it comes with all that is expected. And a little pricey considering the shared bathroom. But honestly a great time. If a good old fashioned adventure is what you're after, this is the place to be. Close to everything donwtown. Just be aware, it is what it says on the tin....but the earplugs do help a LOT if you want to sleep before the bar closes. »

« Pros: pet friendly. However, after a long day of driving I REALLY wanted a hot shower but this is a completely dry cabin which is fine, but it doesn’t say in the listing whether or not there is a shower so I guess I should have assumed not. Couldn’t figure out how to bring the ladder down to sleep upstairs (was fastened with a chain that could not be undone) and went to message the owner but the WiFi from the hosts cabin (right across from the rental) did not reach my cabin. Ended up sleeping on...

« Our plans changed a lot as we were trying to get a flight in around Denali but the weather wouldn’t cooperate, thankfully we were able to enjoy the cabin as a base for an evening while making new plans and enjoying the town. Fantastic host, and appreciate the flexibility. »

« Anne’s house is beautiful and conveniently located. We appreciated the thought put into all the little details that made the stay perfect for our large group. The access to the lake and paddle boat were a lovely bonus.I would definitely recommend Anne’s house to friends and family. »

« We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. We each found our own spot to relax after several days of hiking and a full day trip to Denali for whitewater rafting and the Denali wilderness bus tour. Our teenage boys spent most of their time on the lake. They enjoyed fishing and even caught a nice sized trout ! The adults found pleasure in wooded walks and quiet cozy chaired corners for reading or catching up on social media. Our friends say we are ambitious adventurers and...
