"Property was as advertised and very clean. We were comfortable and plenty of room for the 3 of us and our two dogs. Hubby would appreciate a TV antenna for local channels vs just streaming service, but wifi worked great. Nice boat dock and quick access to great fishing spots as well as a nice setup for fish cleaning. Host was very responsive and we had no issues during our 6 day stay. Will definitely rebook."

"A lovely cabin in the woods. Very clean, beautiful view, lots of space. Very responsive hosts. We did end up moving the boats to a marina- even with the map the bay is a challenge to navigate- Especially for big, deeper draft boats."

"I was a little concerned with it being a new listing at first, but very happy with our decision. Starting after booking, the hosts / owners were happy to answer any questions and help us prepare for the trip even before we arrived. Jimmy was helpful in getting us, gear, and the rental boat to the island when we arrived at Moccasin Point where we left our vehicle. Arriving we found a beautiful island with a woodland feel. It is a rocky and set up a bit from the water giving wonderful views. We used the popup tent camper provided which was clean and dry and also brought a tent. Few to no bugs. There was more gear and supplies available than we expected like a grill and camp stove with some cooking gear. Being a newer listing is seems they are making improvements on a regular basis and there was some building materials on the island but out of the way did not really take away from the experience. Jimmy was there off and on to answer any questions or available by phone otherwise. Would consider another stay in the future for sure. Thanks for the great time."
