#### Very nice brand new villas.

The villas are brand new, spacious and very well furnished, with quality items. The swimming pool has a nice size. The views on the rice terrace are terrific. The staff is extremely friendly, all is done to satisfy the customer. The free shuttle to Tanah Lot (15min) or to Seminiak (40min) is much appreciated.

Arrived and wish I hadn’t. The place is run down, the staff have no training in how to clean. Lost electricity a few times, due to fault with pool, so had no pool half of my stay. The staff are accommodating, but do not understand English. I was on count down due to no refund policy. Would I stay here again . A big fat “ NO”. I had expectations and they were squashed on arrival. And yes been to Bali many times. The good bits. Breakfast was delivered on time, staff were good to try and accommodate best they could, the surrounding area is ok, Luna is just down the road, (recommend taking a visit) a few cafes , the road a bit bumping, transportation easy bookable using Grab App. The trip to Canggu with the traffic - takes around 40 to 45 minutes. Airport is an hour away at least.. If you’re looking for a quiet place the area isn’t too bad.

The property is run down, stains on couches, table is taped together, water leaks in the walls and on furniture. Was most likely a beautiful home At one time but it has been abondonded and not upkept.

Villa is in a lovely spot in the middle of the rice fields(reminds me of Ubud), you get a massive villa for you with a decent amount of money, customer service people are great and feels like they want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Rooms in the villa have an excellent air conditioning; WiFi is mediocre, there's an outside bathtub, private pool, kitchen with water dispenser with drinkable water (this is a huge plus) and there's an exceptionally well maintained private swimming pool. The lobby has a small bar and restaurant where you can eat your breakfast or order extra food/drinks, but you can also order those to your villa. Food is delicious here and especially Indonesian breakfast(nasi goreng or mie goreng). They also have an excellent guest directory in the villa; it includes tips and tricks on how to survive in Bali, what to do, what to see and of course what services they provide. Then the things that bother me. Villas are relatively new (build in 2013), but that would require small fixing here and there, paint on the walls, cleaning the corners well, changing silicone, cleaning moss which easily grows in a humid environment, better cleaning for bathrooms and preventing ants around the kitchen. I mean that the places are cleaned pretty well but there's limescale here and there, and it feels like places require a bit more maintenance and start to be old dated.

The Kryamaha Villas is a great place to stay. We chose Kryamaha as our first stop in a two week holiday as our quiet villa option before traveling to Legian. We stayed with our two teenagers in the three bedroom villa and it was so beautiful with each room having an ensuite and air conditioning. The pool was great. The staff are excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing each morning with plenty of food and fruit. This villa is close to Tanah Lot and we took scooters there that were arranged by the staff.

I was in the area one night, since I wanted to see a local attraction. I met up with the front desk person Budi. He was very accommodating and showed me around the local area. From bike trails to educating me about the local culture. I recommend staying her. Ask for Budi and he will take care of you!

#### Amazing villa like heaven

Can't say anymore perfect for this hotel, really like in a heaven, far from city center but you found peaceful here!Only green from your view, only bird sound and natural sound. you definitely will like it very much! The breakfast was taking in the villa, you may choose from the menu, but actually you can request other as long as they can make it. My parents are vegetarian, they are willing to listen your request and done for you without questions. The bed was comfortable, room is clean, staff were all friendly & politely. If you go by teksi, make sure the driver is well known the place because my driver can't find the location, it's pretty difficult to locate it.

#### Great place to just laze in and switch off in Bali

We stayed in the 3br private pool villa. The villa itself was fantastic, one BR faces the pool, the other 2 on the upper levels had great views of the paid field. The rooms were spacious even after adding extra bed, all amenities available. The shared living and dining areas on first floor were useful for our big group of 9\. This villa will be greater enjoyed if we planned to stay in more, however as we were out for most part of the days we hardly had the chance to enjoy the private pool! Service from the staff was excellent, they answered promptly to most requests, and went out of their way in one instance to shelter us into the villa when it rained quite heavily. The main minus point is the location, the villa is a distance away from the main towns, and there's nothing much around that you can walk. Supplies should be purchased outside before arriving at the villa. Hired transport is a must!

A very wonderful stay right from the start.we're warmly welcome by e mgr. Fall in love wif e villa immediately once we enter it.e private pool was clean n bedding was luxurious. Location was far off from anything but they provide shuttle to seminyak sq/ tanah lot twice daily. Once, they even provide earlier shuttle at our request.we were suprised wif a basket of fruits when we come back. Breakfast was ready on e table exactly e time we requested. We requested for a few hours extend on our last day since our flight is late at night. E mgr was very good to give us an extension. Will definitely come back to this villa again.

We loved staying here, the staff made us feel very welcome and were quick to help us out. This is a great place for staying if you want to stay around the villa and relax, there is no need to leave the villa while you are there. If you want to go out you can access a driver through the villa staff.

#### Perfect getaway to wind down

The villa is PERFECT for those who intend to just wind down from the city life and chill in the villa. I wld say this villa has awesome service, beds, showers, private pool and everything u wld want for a private villa. Very quiet as well. The only bad thing abt it is location. It is very secluded and inconvenient to most touristic places less the tanah lot beach. Like i said, this is PERFECT if u wan a getaway and wind down place.
