Within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and a 20-minute drive from all the action of Myrtle Beach, this location offers something for everyone. LIVING AREAS The cheerful living room is furnished with a plush sofa and matching armchair, as well as two leather armchairs. Watch movies on the 42' TV with cable. KITCHEN & DINING Whip up delicious vacation meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with marble countertops and a full suite of all-white appliances. When it's time to eat, gather at the glass-top table with seating for six, or perch at the three-person breakfast bar. BEDROOMS & BATHS This home sleeps up to 12 guests between the four bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Three full bathrooms are stocked with complimentary starter supplies of toiletries and bath amenities. Retreat to the luxurious master bedroom, which is outfitted with a king-size bed and a 42' TV. A sliding glass door leads to a private balcony with seating for two. The en-suite master bathroom provides a double vanity and a tub/shower combination, and can also be accessed from the hall. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a 42' TV with a DVD player. An en-suite bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination and is also accessible from the hall. Visit the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, just a 14-minute drive away, where you can take a stroll around the natural saltwater estuary or grab a drink and a snack at one of the many restaurants and pubs. You can also listen to live music at one of the Marshwalk's many indoor and outdoor venues. Drive 5 minutes to Brookgreen Gardens, a wildlife preserve and sculpture garden, or walk to the Surfside Pier to have lunch and enjoy the beach views. The location was absolutely perfect - a block away from the beach & plenty of places to eat & drink just steps away! Overall the home was clean & all the amenities were great. There are a few general maintenance items that could be done, but nothing that negatively impacted our stay & we would def book again! No local channel news, no big 4 network programming, no Football, NHL or anything you might want to see on a given day. Sure lots of movies or streaming if that's what you want, it's not what we were looking for. The dish washer was extremely loud apparently missing the sound insulation and the soap dispenser in it would not auto open. Cleaning was not refreshed - dirty towels under bathroom sinks, dozens of spiders all around entry door, algae growing on kitchen sprayer nozzle, 2 dead cockroaches inside upon arrival and 3 live large cockroaches inside during our stay. Walls inside need fresh paint badly and kitchen cabinet door repair had been done with white duct tape instead of replacement and painting. Dryer vent tube was ripped and venting into the house and a toilet was leaking onto the floor (the vent tube and toilet items were the only ones repaired while we were there). ##### AMY P. AC was dead, refrigerator was dead, washer and dryer was dead. I literally had to rent a room at the adjacent hotel for my infant and wife to stay in, while the rest of the family and I suffered in 90 degree humidity temps inside the house. Renters beware make all of the stuff mentioned above is fixed. Vacasa (property site) was able to get us two near by condos to make up for a horrible East Coast experience.
