« Lovely beach house. Great location. We only had 5 adults so it was very comfy. Views were spectacular....right on the ocean. I would not hesitate to stay again. Only suggestion: The very bottom step going to lower level is a different color brown which blends with floor. My 70 yr old father fell. NOT HURT...but I would put a WATCH YOUR STEP...OR something more identifying. »

« The house has nice space and layout, and the view of the sound from the decks is pretty. But…first thing Sunday morning we discovered the microwave in the house doesn’t work. I called and messaged Vacasa immediately and multiple times all during the week about the non-working microwave. (My vacation time was wasted attempting to get a working appliance.) The half bath that’s adjacent to the kitchen has black mold on the walls and ceiling. There are some other areas that also have some mold...

« Our family enjoyed staying here. There were some minor issues we found to be unsatisfactory. The water didn't get very warm, and the jacuzzi tub didn't work. We also noticed an odor in the rooms that had carpet. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would recommend it to others. »

« Great location for exploring the entire Topsail Island area. The condo was well equipped, beautiful views and a very comfortable stay. A door to the mechanical room was off, exposing an unsightly entry but didn’t affect our stay. Great communication, a quiet and lovely home away from home. »
