« De la fumée s'est dégagée du chauffage et a envahi la chambre de fumée
Mon père et moi avons dû être ausculté par une ambulance.
Nous avons été relogés dans une autre chambre. Il faisait froid dans la chambre mais trop peur de rallumer le chauffage et que le même problème se produise. Pas de couvertures en plus proposées. Il y a eu une doublure reservation, ils m'ont remboursés la réservation en trop dû au problème que j'avais rencontré. Mais à ce stade ils auraient pu carrément me rembourser...

« The owner did not prepare the house for our stay, the heat was not turned on and is not a sufficient unit or set-up for the square footage or CO weather. The communication with me was o.k. but the communication with my adult daughter was short, rude and as if she was bothering her. A whole day of adventures was lost while waiting for another unit to be cleaned and was not ready after 4:30pm. I had also asked about adding a night, due to the move to the 2nd unit, and was willing to pay full price...
