We had no issues at all, but I could see how one may be “confused” for getting to the location/door *IF* they did not read the instructions correctly - I know how some people are about skimming the content sometimes… don’t do that and you’ll be perfectly fine! The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and everything looked recently updated.The hot breakfast in the morning was a great touch — fresh and filling. The staff was friendly and check-in was fast and easy. I also liked that the hotel is right off the highway, which made it convenient for my road trip."
