« The host was very responsive to my questions. The cabin is gem. It is next to a river in a secluded area in the woods but we went to several wineries. Or, you can just take a walk down to the river and see deer. We would go back to this cabin in a heartbeat. Highly recommend. »

« Easy access. Strange odor in the common area and slightly into the rooms. Only (3) towels provided for a room that sleeps (4). No towel/rug for the bathroom floor provided which creates a slippery situation - especially with kids! Bugs found in the pull out bed. »

« An elegant old house tastefully redeveloped, with large, comfortable and stylish rooms. Great location close to breweries, wineries and hiking and not far from Charlottesville. So, mostly good but the administrative and customer-service side could be better. We weren't sent the code for the front door and another couple we met weren't sent the code for their room. I received the checkout instructions after having already left the property. »

« This house was perfect for our party of 5 (plus one furry friend). The open floor plan was perfect for hanging out, the house was very clean, and the outdoor space was great for enjoying the afternoon sun. We loved the proximity to the wineries, breweries, and hiking. While the house is just off of 151, there was no traffic noise and the area is quiet and secluded. We have rented from Jamie and her team for several years and this was our favorite place so far! »

« This was a beautiful property nestled in the woodsy mountains of Nellysford. So close to great wineries and cideries it’s definitely a great location. The cabin itself is well decorated and gives off a feel of being someone’s cabin in the offseason. The loss of a star for us was just the amount of bugs the cabin had. It had an unusual amount of stink bugs, to the point they were crawling in our hair and we didn’t hang out downstairs because there were so many of them. There were also a large...
