Down side: Could hear the glass door bang open and close every time. Upside: Beautiful facility and was fun to wander although was bummed the bar wasn't open (I came on a weekday). Did get the breakfast and was very impressed. Also had an issue at checkout. My key stopped working while I was loading my car. Had to go to front desk twice. She finally just came with me with the master key. I alerted the hotel and expedia in a timely manner and was approved by both expedia and the hotel only to find out later the hotel had changed their minds. Highly disappointed. I feel taken advantage of and the hotel itself has lost the charm that made me adore it.
