« There were no trash bags in the room, stains on linens, towels, furniture and shower curtain, the pool was out of order which was one reason we booked, the Apple juice tasted spoiled, then disgustingly, I noticed gnats around the juice dispenser. We requested a 5am CST wake up call because the hotel was on CST, right next to the EST boarder and our phones kept randomly switching time zones (as hotel staff thoughtfully warned us). They agreeably said they would call. No one did.

« Our room was nice and clean. Parking was included and the staff was wonderful. We were there for the Spartan event at Badlands Off Road Park and it was only a 30 min drive away. We had complimentary breakfast before going to the event. We would definitely go back. Thank you so much. »

« Was met at the front desk by a person that either hated her job, or life in general. Not pleasant at all.
Found a terrible set up with the bathroom sink located in the hallway between bathroom and bed area. Literally, sink on left side of hall, bathroom on right side. Very awkward.
