Very new and clean unit. I gave it a 5 star but it was more like 4.5\. The room needs a dining table and chairs and also some counter chairs that are the right height. The appliances are brand new but the refrigerator had not yet been plumbed for water so the ice maker did not work. Very convenient location and just a straight shot to downtown CDA.
