No Shoes Policy: Shoes are not permitted in the apartment.  
  
Make-up Policy: Please use grey washcloths for make-up. White towels are not to be used for make-up, as they can be damaged.  
  
Guest Count: I will include the total number of guests in my reservation. If the number of guests changes after booking, I will inform Anna before my arrival. The nightly rate covers the first two guests. Additional guests not disclosed will incur a charge of $50 per guest, per night.  
  
Furniture: Do not remove or rearrange any furniture.  
  
Front Door Lights: Please do not turn off the light at the front door.  
  
Laundry Guidelines: Do not wash comforters or duvet covers. For stays longer than seven days, please wash sheets weekly and keep white items separate from other laundry.  
  
Identification: I may request a picture ID for all guests over 18 years old and the license plate numbers for all vehicles on the property.  
  
Cancellation Rights: I reserve the right to cancel the reservation of any guests with whom I do not feel comfortable, with no refund provided. Guests who do not communicate will not receive the door code until they do.  
  
Service Animal Notification: Please inform Anna in advance if you will be bringing a service animal. Due to our no-pet policy, we must notify other guests with confirmed reservations about your service animal for allergy considerations. Non-service animals will incur a fee of $100 per night.

Place is very clean and easy to find. There is some road noise but we used the white noise machine in the bedroom and slept fine. It was convenient location to family in Nine Mile and baby shower in Spokane. Anna was great at communication. Would stay again.

#### Comfortable stay in Spokane Valley

The apartment was clean and stocked well for a week's visit. While on a busy road, it really didn't affect much noise-wise, but made it convenient to some local spots. Its location was near the interstate, so easy access into Idaho or downtown Spokane. Communication with the owner was always clear and prompt.

This apartment was perfect for our stay. My wife and I came to town for a work and family visit. Our 4 grandkids came to visit with our kids. 2 grandkids stayed the night. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Anna was so easy to work with. Anything we asked she responded right away and was so gracious and accommodating! We usually wouldn’t let our infant grandkids on a strange floor but this place was so clean that we had no worries. We will for sure stay here again. Thank you Anna!! The Valentine family.
