"The pool area has mold, cobwebs, dehumidifiers caked with mold, pool floor needs cleaning, ceilings are moisture damaged and walls are peeling due to humidity/water damage. Rooms were gorgeous, very clean and the view was beautiful. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Especially Shay Lynn who helped us during check in. Bright, bubbly and makes you feel welcome. Coffee, toiletries and tea were restocked each day."

"The property was the perfect place to relax and unwind with my family. We even had a very rainy day and the location was lovely to spend time in and play games to bide the time. The little town of Bala is lovely with some great places to eat.Thank you for the pleasure of staying at your property."

"We had an exceptional one-night stay at the Rawley Resort. The location is amazingly beautiful and it's well set up for taking advantage of the scenery. The room was more than we expected and had a lovely view over the water (perfect at sunset). We had one evening meal and it was 10/10 perfect. Couldn't have been happier with the stay."

"The stay overall was decent and everyone had a good time. However, there were a few inconveniences and discrepancies between the listing and the actual property. One notable issue was the absence of the advertised pool table. Instead, there was only an air hockey table, which was disappointing as the pool table was something our group had been looking forward to using. The hot tub was also not filled with water. We also had trouble connecting to the WiFi throughout our stay. Additionally one upstairs shower would flood after use, and there appeared to be a leak from the kitchen to the basement ceiling."
