"I just want to say how unbelievably rude, off putting and un helpful the concierge is! I have never experienced such poor hospitality in all of my travels. Glaring at me as I approached her. So unwilling to offer any information besides a old marked up peice of paper with scratched out phone numbers. Not even a hello or welcome. As some who also works in hospitality I’ve never seen such a poor display in my career from any co workers either. If she hates her job so much she should quit instead on denying guests info in maximizing their experience in Stowe. You’re better off just googling because she is useless and beyond rude!"

"Staff was very attentive, rooms were very clean. We don’t use the amenities bc we e were exhausted by the time we came back from a day of skiing but I’d definitely stay here again. "

"There is no laundry service. When I asked they directed me to a laundromat about 15 minutes away in Shelburne. Awesome room and location I always stay here whether it is for hospital visits or for fun."
