This newly renovated 3-bedroom townhouse has all the things you will need and then some. All new appliances and furnishings. The king bedroom has an adjustable bed with remote control. Other bedrooms have double and twins,Unit has workspace with desk, patio area. Located in the sought-after Ocean Walk complex with two pools, tennis courts, fitness center, playground and duck pond. The complex is walking distance to the pier/village and minutes to the public beach accesses.
Unit has a Keurig and reg coffee maker/ couple of beach chairs for use.

Great Location! Nice beds. Lovely decor. Kitchen had everything you need. Parking is not assigned and normally not an issue except on 4th of July.

St Simons

The property was perfect, clean, spacious and well equipped. There were a few things, a small hole in the dining room floor which was not a problem but after communicating that to the property manager I never received a response. Also there is a throw pillow in the living room that should be discarded, it is pretty shabby and one upholstered chair that could use a good cleaning and takes away from the otherwise well decorated unit. I would giggly recommend this unit.

I have so much I wish I could share and go into detail on this property but I’m probably just going to hit some main issues and leave it at that. I wish there was a way to share photos cause I have some to back up this review but I’ll just leave it with my words. Disgustingly filthy floors. The bottoms of my feet were black after walking around barefooted while I was getting things situated. I sat down a couple of hours later and was horrified at the bottoms of my feet! I knew they felt grimey but this was shocking to me! Master bed bedding top blanket was a light brown color and it had two big stains on it. Bath tub was grimey dirty. Rusty screwdriver in the cabinet drawer with the flatware. Swivel chair in the living room was a light fabric color and it was so dirty that I had to put a throw blanket over it before we would even sit on it.Shower curtains in both the master bath and hallway bath were gross with mildew and stains and to top it off they didn’t even go down passed the side of the tub or shower so both curtains in both baths were about a foot too short! as you can imagine water just was all over the floor everytime a shower was taken. I kept towels down along the edge to collect and absorb the water.The property manager sent a cleaning service the next day and she was supposed to find longer shower curtains but I never heard a thing back from her on that. Overall this condo was very disappointing as far as the arrival condition and their customer service.Elaine

A perfect little getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It was walking distance to the heart of downtown Saint Simons and the pier. Plenty of parking and there was a great pool that was full of families for us to use when we weren’t at the beach. The place was very clean and for my wife and our four kids, it was still plenty of space. The property management group was very helpful from start to finish. I highly recommend this unit for any family getaway in Saint Simons Island.

Nice Location

Condo we stayed in was nice and nicely located close to beaches within a mile and Pier Village which has lots of restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay there again. Only issue is floors needed mopping though they looked clean we all had black feet. I notified the Host and it's being addressed but don't let that stop you from renting the condo

Perfect location - Costal Feel

We had a wonderful stay at this location in St. Simon’s. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The layout was perfect for our Moms weekend. The bedrooms were all upstairs and the living area downstairs. I would book here again.

Ocean Walk ; comfortable and quiet.

A lovely three night stopover for us on our way back to Virginia. The condo is very comfortable well suited for couples and small families, though older folks with mobility issues will struggle with the stairs. We slept well. There are plenty of towels, etc and a wonderful family sized washer dryer duo. There is a nice work desk if you “work from home”. The kitchen has everything one needs but is small and a bit cluttered and the pots and pans cabinet difficult to access. The hot water in the kitchen never worked and the “touch” feature faucet drove me crazy. Hot water worked well in the rest of the unit. The East beach is a bit of a drive, easily accessed with plenty of parking. The attraction of St Simon is the appearance of a community, lovely neighborhoods, trees, and not just condos and hotels. We enjoyed a pee wee baseball game on our evening neighborhood walk. Parking downtown is next to impossible. Ocean Walk is a bit of a trek to town but a comfortable bike ride. All in all, we had a nice stay in this unit.
