A smaller apartment unit plus a larger main house. Perfect for multi-generational vacations or multiple groups of people. We also list these properties individually (see our other listings). This combined listing is new but each individual property has dozens of 5-star reviews. We're experienced hosts, book with confidence! Perfectly situated with easy access to both historic downtown & St. Augustine beach. Or spend the day lounging around the pool and taking in the waterfront views of the Intracoastal River. Since this listing contains two separate units, we've broken out the description for each unit below. \--------------- Main House Description: This beautiful waterfront home is ready to host you and your friends & family. Wake up in the large master bedroom to a private balcony with waterfront views and some of the best sunrises Florida has to offer. A beautiful kitchen for keeping everybody fed includes quartz countertops & stainless steel appliances, including a gas range. There is also a large dining table with seating for 8 and living room with very comfortable U-shaped couch, TV and half-bath that make for great family & friends time. As you head out into the backyard, the fish will greet you begging for food in the koi ponds (we provide fish food if you care to feed them). Head up to the waterside rooftop deck for morning coffee, afternoon sunbathing or evening relaxation. Time for a swim? In front of the waterside rooftop deck you'll find a 15'x30' saltwater swimming pool. The pool has a large shallow-depth ledge perfect for relaxing or enjoying a book. The pool is available year-round & heated to 80-82 degrees. When it’s time for sleep, a large master bedroom awaits that occupies the entire second story. An additional two bedrooms are on the first floor and come tastefully decorated. \--------------- Apartment Unit Description: Downstairs you have a combined living space with a queen bed, L-shaped couch and kitchen with bar seating. The kitchen has a two-burner gas stovetop, full-sized retro fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster & kettle. Upstairs you have an A-frame hideaway! A comfortable queen bed, 2 office desks for remote working and a bookshelf stocked with books and games for those (rare) rainy days. A dedicated, separate entrance to the upstairs bedroom makes it convenient for two couples. \--------------- Perfectly situated on a dead-end street just off the main boulevard. You are less than a mile to downtown St. Augustine, just a little over a mile to the Amphitheater and about 3 miles to St. Augustine Beach. Additional nearby attractions include the Alligator Farm, St. Augustine Lighthouse, and Conch House Marina all within biking distance or a very short drive. Ten nice quality beach chairs are provided with armrests and lay-flat functionality. Washer & dryer is available making this rental great for longer stays. We have space for a maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. There is no on-street parking. \--------------- Other Things To Note: This is a large property spanning almost a 1/2 acre. There are three separate buildings on the property. The front apartment building and the main house you will be renting and have full access to. There is also a completely separate house with separate driveway adjacent to the pool that the owners occupy. We do our best to give you your space and privacy but you may see us from time to time. The heated pool temperature will be 80-82 degrees. The pool heater cannot function when outside temperature drops below 48 degrees. Therefore during cold fronts the water may drop below our set temperature until the heater can kick back on. The dock that can be seen in the background of some photos is our neighbor's. Dock access is not available for guests. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted and we expect you to adhere to the max guest count.
