Convenient private driveway parking- rare to find in our area holds 2 vehicles. Private unit entry w/ single car garage- contains some beach items: chairs, wagon, beach toys. High speed wired and wireless internet, WiFi DVD, HDTV, app streaming (Roku) & cable service.
Huge bonus: 10 minutes to historic downtown St. Augustine. Our well landscaped & maintained complex is located on Anastasia Island, a quieter stretch of sandy shoreline on A1A Beach Blvd. (a branch off A1A).
Minutes from most conveniences: grocery, restaurants, drug store, putt-putt golf, tourist shopping & ice cream!
The unit is an immaculate 2nd floor, 1230 sq ft, 2 bed/2 bath flat, (up 1 stair flight; no stairs in unit), offering VIEWS from our balcony of both the lagoon below and ocean, just beyond the dunes. Sea Winds has a clean pool & hot tub and tennis courts. * 2025 court update: repairs from Hurricane Milton underway, adding pickleball option. Clubhouse available, for group gatherings.
The complex is peaceful and family friendly.
It accents privacy with a gated entrance, individual unit entry, gated beach and pool access & prior noted bonus of garage & individual unit driveway. We welcome international guests!
We provide linens, some kitchen expendables/ “starter” paper products.
Bring your own toiletries. We do not service as a hotel.
There are some beach items in garage but bring your own if you have specific needs such as a beach umbrella- renters occas leave one but we do not stock due to frequent breakage. Wagon, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys available.
We do NOT allow pets. No size, no exceptions. $150.00 fine and eviction for violations.

Ring doorbell entry with camera for our lift and security purposes. Same re: garage camera assures garage door is secure and is NOT a living space. There is NO internal security monitor in place.

We are close to Anastasia State Park, a natural, preserved beach & wildlife refuge.

Our area boasts the gorgeous St. Augustine Lighthouse, offering tours, and a scenic grounds area, a 10 min drive from us. Just beyond the lighthouse, cross over the historic Bridge of Lions, to enter the unique ambiance of the historic city of St. Augustine. Tour the famous, historic Castillo De San Marcos', a 17th century Spanish fort, as well as the Lightener museum and Flagler College. You can tour Whetstone, a local chocolate factory or San Sebastian, our local winery. Visit St Augustine Distillery- Take a full tour of this famous historic city via horse-drawn carriage, a quaint trolley ride or stroll cobblestone streets to explore America's oldest city, with its Spanish roots & influence. Unique stores and restaurants abound, and you will discover rich Florida history while visiting this special area! It is a most romantic & family friendly as well.

Popular attractions include: the St. Augustine Alligator Farm, Ponce De Leon's Fountain of Youth, The World of Golf, St. Augustine Cathedral, St. Augustine Lighthouse, The Castillo de San Marcos (17th-century fort), Ripley's Believe it or Not, Marineland, historic Flagler College. St. Augustine Ampitheater or “The Amp”- is a popular outdoor entertainment/concert venue, that has an awesome calendar line up of well-known individual musicians, bands & comedians. There are premium outlets about a 20 mins drive, at one of North Florida's largest outlet malls. We have a weekly market for local vendors. You are 90 minutes from Disney resorts/Orlando attractions. Several miles south of our complex sits the beautiful Matanzas Inlet and historic fort, and Washington Oaks State Park. There is something to do, whichever direction you travel!
