Ideal for couples or solo adventurers eager to discover a historically rich town, this studio-sized apartment is part of a larger house with two other units. The apartment is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, and a capsule coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea, plus bathroom essentials for convenient, light travel. Communication is the key to a great stay and we hope to fulfill that experience! Please contact me at any time! Welcome to “Vintage” Florida! We are just off the beaten path, so you may hear activity early in the morning to late at night….It is a vibrant town! Because you are sharing the property, it is important that guests respect each other. House rules are enforced! Your unit #2 is entered through the door on the right side of the house marked 2\. \-Free street parking is available in front of the house but please avoid parking next to yellow curbs. Parking next to unit is fine however getting blocked in could happen. Highly recommend units with more than 2-3 vehicles to park in drive way. Cozy multi-family house with a shared space that includes two additional units, so guests may occasionally hear sounds from neighbors. The property features 1 king bedroom with a TV, thermostat in unit 3 set at 73°, big closet, mini fridge, microwave, kettle, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, and complimentary coffee/tea. The bathroom has a standing shower, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, and 2 sets of towels per bed. Outside, there is a large side yard with a shared garden that is not fenced. Limit 2 dogs for a small fee of $25 cash; no cats or other animals allowed. Dogs must be on a leash at all times, and owners must clean up after their pets. Security cameras are on the property. Driving is best, but you can rent bikes, scooters, three wheelers or grab any of the tourist trollies...all just a few blocks away or call a pedi-cab and they will pick you up at the front of the property! Walking is a great option too! Contact me if you need assistance for transportation. Parking Down Town 2.50 per hour Parking garage (1 Cordova St) $25 a day \-.8 miles to Fountain of Youth \-1.5 miles to Fort San Marco \-1.5 miles to st George \-3.6 miles Alligator farm \-5.6 miles St Augustine Beach \-2.4 miles Vilano Beach \-2.0 miles Bridge of Lions \-Please keep doors closed due to bugs. \-No smoking inside, any smell is a $250 fine. Outside smoking away from doors or the home is fine. \-Trash bins are next to front car entry. \-Having many properties to cover is not a good excuse for anything that we might have missed. Please let us know if there is anything we can fix or drop off. Communication is the key to a great stay and we hope to fulfill that experience!
