Nice 4 bedroom home with a swimming pool. Clean, looks like it was recently updated. Easy check in process. There are only king beds in the bedrooms. I think a couple rooms with two beds instead of only king beds would have been better. But other than that, it was convenient for my family and we had no issues.

This is a beautiful home that is kept in pristine condition. It was perfect for our family and is centrally located to all the attractions we know and love. We will definitely book again. 4 spacious bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a pool. The kitchen and amenities are all updated and brand new! The owner is very helpful. We loved our stay here!

The home was amazing, I have rented other homes in Spring Hill and done can compare , it was clean , it had everything you would need for your stay, also the location was calm and quite .Our host was extremely thoughtful on the 4th of July he left a case us a case of Carona , Thank you so much Jason .

Jason is a wonderful host and responsive to questions. The house is in pristine condition. It is absolutely perfect for families or just adults looking to get away. This house has all updated appliances, decor and amenities. Centrally located about 10 minutes from Weeki Wachee, 1 hour from Clear Water, St. Pete and Honeymoon Island Beaches.

Amazing home

Very spacious and clean home! It’s beautiful and the outside was so fun to spend with family. There was space for everyone and we had no issues communicating with the host, he was very responsive!

Nice and roomy pool home

The open concept floor plan with four king bedrooms, three bath home, provides a lot of room for families or couples to stay together. The living room had unique lounge chairs/couches that made for easy snuggling and relaxing area to watch TV. The covered pool room was a nice space with lounge chairs and a table and chairs with an outdoor kitchen area. The neighborhood had easy access to activities and restaurants in the area.

Great place! Everything you need is very close. We were there to play golf at Cabot Citrus Farms which was only 20 minutes away. After golf we spent the afternoon in or by the pool. Everything was very tidy and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Clean and spacious. Great layout.

Everything was perfect. The house was very clean and spacious. It had all the amenities we needed and then some. The communication with Jason was easy and uncomplicated. Eight adults stayed 2 nights and had plenty of space. We would definitely rent again and stay longer to enjoy the house, pool and lanai.
