Exclusive Lighthouse Towers, Sand Key, Clearwater Beach Gorgeous beachfront condo with amazing views from your over sized 2nd floor balcony. Only two of the one bedroom condos in this building have this extra bonus outdoor space. Floor to ceiling windows look out to the white sandy beach and turquoise waters of the Gulf. Away from the crowded tourist areas, this quiet and tranquil beach feels like you have it all to yourself, because you do. Sand Key is a prestigious beach community that has some of the widest most private beaches in Florida. While only separated by a bridge from Clearwater Beach’s amenities and attractions, Sandy Key is a serene and tranquil oasis. The buildings premium amenities include a large heated pool and spa that has full sun all day long, an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ-grill, tennis court, shuffle-board, basketball hoop, reserved parking and 24/7 security guard. This unit has been tastefully updated. It is bright, contemporary and comfortable. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to feel right at home includes; microwave, double oven, refrigerator, keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, stainless steel cookware, flatware, tableware and utensils. Just add your groceries. The dining table seats four and there are two chairs at the kitchen bar area as well. The bedroom has a king sized bed with a brand new 14” thick memory foam mattress. The pillows are not your typical hotel pancake variety, there are 4 of them and they are king sized and cozy. There are plenty of high quality linens for your stay. It also has a walk-in closet with plenty of storage. There is a comfortable chair, a 50” flat screen tv and ceiling fan. The bedroom has a sliding glass door out to a covered patio with direct beach views. The living room has spectacular views of the beach through the floor to ceiling windows. There is a writing desk and a 55” flat screen television with Blu-Ray player. High speed internet, and basic cable. In case there are four staying we have also included a queen sized aerobed to use. The master bathroom has a granite countertop and walk-in shower with a bench, no bathtub. Plenty of quality towels are provided as well a blow dryer. The half bath is updated with granite as well and located near the entrance of the unit. There is a washer and dryer with iron and ironing board in the unit for your convenience, no need to pack as much for your stay. We have large beach towels, chairs and a beach umbrella for your use. Also a rain umbrella, you never know… The building has both an elevator and stairs. Lighthouse Towers is smoke free and pets are not permitted for renters. A short walk from Lighthouse Towers are the “Shops of Sand Key” including; Dunkin Donuts, an ice cream store, nail salon, convenience store, pizza and a few restaurants. The restaurants have table service while you sit dockside on the bay. As a Florida native I have to confess that you will get more out of your visit with a car. There are so many things to see and do but they are spread out. That being said you might find that a car is not necessary if you are only planning on enjoying the beach. In that case most everything you would need is within walking distance and if you choose to go further you can catch the Jolly Trolley. It runs along Clearwater Beach and Sand Key. PSTA Dial-a-Ride offers bus and trolley service around the beach area. Even if you have a car we recommend it because it is very convenient and inexpensive. We are located near many tourist activities, including: Clearwater Aquarium, Clearwater Marina for deep-sea fishing, water sports, dolphin watching excursions, sunset cruises, shopping, dancing, dining and much more. Clearwater Beach is one of the best beaches in the country. USA Today confirmed what everyone who has ever been here already knows... The Clearwater Community Sailing Association is a short walk away as well. If you enjoy sailing or kayaking you can rent boats there. Lighthouse Towers HOA rules state that 14 nights is the minimum rental period allowed. No owner at Lighthouse Towers can lease for a shorter period of time. 14 nights is actually among the shortest leases on a Sand Key condo, most are minimum 30 nights. You can stay for less than 14 nights obviously but the two week lease and rates still apply. You’ll find that this is a much better deal than a local hotel when you consider the amenities. There is also travel/vacation insurance available from a few national companies. These policies vary but may be worth it for you if you are staying for an extended time. . As the listing says, there is a major project going on with the building. One must be prepared for some days it is very loud and distracting. Not all days, but some days were very loud . It’s not anything to blame the owner for and we knew the patio wasn’t available. Having said that it’s a very nice place , beautiful pool and spa. Beaches in the area are stellar. The unit was very clean, has comfortable furniture, and everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The view of the ocean from the living room and bedroom is beautiful. We have to say our favorite place to sit in the condo was the snack bar because it had bar height stools that allowed for the best view of the ocean. When the temperature was cool enough we loved sitting on the deck. The new patio furniture had bar height swivel stools and a table. Perfect for enjoying the view!! The building was really nice and we felt very comfortable and safe there. We had a wonderful time walking, relaxing and eating out at the nearby restaurants. Backwater Grill and The Columbia were our favorites, both in easy walking distance. We rode the Jolly Trolley several times into Clearwater beach. It was cheap, had very convenient and frequent stops, and made it very easy to visit the much more crowded side of the bridge. Nice to visit over there but we preferred the much quieter less populated beach for our daily walks, afternoon relaxing time and sunset strolls. It is updated, in a great location, spacious for 2 people, clean, secure, and quiet. We loved the updated touches like the Keurig and double oven. The oversized patio/balcony space is amazing. There's comfortable furniture with an unbeatable view. The security was top notch with a 24 hour guarded gate and carded/code entry at the main entrances. The beach in front of the condo was very private with people rarely on it. We loved the location, right across the bridge from Clearwater. It was away from the action which made it quiet but close enough to get to the main strip of Clearwater quickly. The host is fantastic and was responsive. The entire unit was pristine and I didn't have to worry about cleaning anything. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone. This place is absolutely amazing & beautiful! The condo is so nice & updated...there is NO COMPARISON to the condos my Husband & I have stayed at in Daytona Beach! This is our first time on the West Coast & we were very impressed & had so much fun! We felt safe & at home the entire time; there was peace of mind with the 24/7 security they have & they were super friendly too!! The balcony of this condo is big & relaxing to sit in the morning while drinking coffee and it has a gorgeous ocean front view of the beach! The pool area is well maintained & very clean! Vincent was very friendly & always quick to answer any questions we had with a phone call or a text! Clearwater is AWESOME...so much to do & you never run out of places to eat or get ice cream; no waiting & the employees were very nice! My husband and I just returned from a wonderful month long stay at Vincent's condo. From the moment we first walked in, we were impressed with the decor, the view, and the large patio. The condo is spotlessly clean, comfortable, well equipped, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. We loved the quiet area, almost private beach, and the convenience of the strip of shops/restaurants across the street from the building.
