« When I checked in they seemed friendly, the few requests I had, the manager was rude and seemed put out. They are very strict on towels and smiles. The staff and many residents are on continual smoke breaks. I checked out a day early due to how uncomfortable the bed was and Steve the smoker employee intentionally hid the luggage carts so I had to move everything to the car by hand. I will never stay there again and I suggest you don’t either! »

« When we arrived, the room hosted a couch that we thought was eaten by a rodent. It's fake leather and we have been told that all furniture suffered from Covid alcohol rubbing for disinfecting. But c'mon, this is a Double Tree and it's 2024, four years after Covid, the brand can afford to replace this, it's not a Motel 6. So now way, not up to Hilton standards. »

« Really good location for our stay They were upgrading carpets in hallway but guy doing work was quiet and very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there next time. »

« This place had unwashed sheets with stains and hair, not just one or two hairs, but multiple. The toilet flushed but would not stop without taking the lid off and adjusting the plunger thing. The room reeked. There were exposed wires near one of the plugs. The curtains had holes in them. The floors were dirty. I did not stay and instead requested a refund, and have been getting the runaround for the last two days. »

« We honestly are considering suing for negligence of cleanliness, extremely rude, dishonest behavior, safety, barged into room multiple times while I was was indisposed and told them to not enter, they required us to do our own cleaning and cleaned after them. Amy cut her finger and bled profusely for hours and we want this location to be removed from your service.
