    Cette maison de plage de South Padre Island est une maison moderne, confortable et haut de gamme. C'est parfait pour une grande famille ou un groupe d'amis. Juste une courte promenade de la plage (5 minutes ou moins) et vous serez sur les plages de sable fin de South Padre Island. Toute la famille adorera passer la journée à jouer dans les vagues, à construire des châteaux de sable et à profiter du chaud soleil du Texas! La maison est située dans le centre de South Padre Island et à quelques pas du quartier des divertissements, qui comprend une variété de restaurants et une vue imprenable sur la baie.

    Avec la belle piscine chauffée, toute la famille peut se rafraîchir et se détendre été comme hiver. Le pont arrière et le porche au deuxième étage sont également des endroits parfaits pour se détendre en toute saison!

    La maison dispose de 5 chambres et de 3 salles de bains, ce qui permet même à plusieurs familles d’avoir suffisamment d’espace. La salle de jeux offre aux enfants leur propre lieu de retraite.

The place was nice, the rooms were spacious and the location is 1 block from the beach. The heated pool by far best feature, with little kids we could enjoy the pool by night time without worrying about the temperature. We definitely will be back soon!

We had seven adults and six kids and had a lovely time. The house is well outfitted and conveniently located.

Nice, comfortable, large house, lots of room for friends and family. Full kitchen, big front deck area, 3 full bathrooms, big screen TV and more. About 1 block from the beach.

Would definitely stay here again!

Great house and great location, check in was very easy and SPI communicates very well. One of the rooms on the first floor is a bit stuffy, there isn't an air vent in it, you just have to leave the door open to let the air circulate. The pool was very clean and it was only a 4 min walk to the beach and a 10 min walk to lots of restraints/bars. Would definitely stay here again!

Plenty of room for everyone!

We stayed at this property with our large family. There was 13 of us and everyone had a place to sleep. The heated pool was great along with the lights in it for swimming in the evenings. Short walk to access 11 which had restrooms and showers to rinse off feet and self =) property was fast to answer any questions we had.

Great house for a large family

Great location and good space. Loved the heated pool and the bedrooms upstairs are super clean and neat. Bottom rooms and restroom could use some TLC to make the whole house shine. The extra room by the laundry room is too hot for anyone to stay overnight but its nice extra space.

Nice house. Great location. Not very clean. Rugs need a deep cleaning, vents were filthy and blankets had been washed in some time. This is our 5th stay in Padre and our last visit to this house it was immaculate.

We would certainly return!

This house worked great for my family (including kids, two sets of grandparents and an aunt!). Plenty of room for everyone and we really enjoyed the heated pool (especially the little kids). One block to the beach - very easy access. If you plan on cooking big meals (we did Thanksgiving), you will need to bring your own large dishes/pots (there is one large stock pot for a shrimp boil, but no large mixing bowls, baking dishes or stove-top pots). We would certainly return!

Perfect for the family

The house sits at a great location for all activities. The beach is 3-5 minutes away, depends on how many things you are caring. You also have the brewery 1 minute away and activities just down the road. House has a nice pool and nice set up all around. Just FYI, make sure to ask host that propane tank is full, in case you plan to bbq.

Great location/spacious house

The location of this house was only 1/2 block from the beach! The house was spacious and clean for our large family which was great, everyone had their own space. All enjoyed the spacious back yard and the heated pool. Some things to consider bringing to this older home are: own rugs not only for the 3 restrooms but also for the entry way from the pool, extra bath towels including hand and wash cloths, extra eating utensils, large serving bowls, frying pan, detergent, and oscillating fans for the two bedrooms downstairs as they never cooled enough to be comfortable.
