"The property was in a great location with a great view. Peter, our host, was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. My only complaint was that while there was a washing machine, there was no dryer. We had hoped to pack lighter knowing we could easily do laundry there. If you’re planning to do this you need to factor in time for things to hang on drying racks which are provided."

"Perfect! Communication with host was by far the best I’ve ever had. I asked what the best means of transport would be from LHR (while waiting for bags) and they offered a car. It was there before I received my luggage! Coffee maker was broken, had it replace the same day! Zero issue with this booking. Absolutely great customer service."

"Loved the amazing view down the Thames. Great location by Victoria Line tube. Walking distance to Battersea and Westminster. 7th floor meant little traffic noise. Could do with some cozier pillows! Host was excellent in communicating before and during our stay. Very friendly. Great trip!"

"This is a great hotel in a wonderful location. Everything was perfect except for the entrance. In front of the luxurious hotel is a bunch of trash, cigarette butts, no seating area outside waiting for uber. That's one thing I would improve."

"We really like our stay. Because we were right by the train station we could hear people most of the night out side. And when you walk into the hall from the front door it had a strange smell. but once you got inside it was totally fine."
