The house was extremely clean and we had everything we needed for the week. The house is in a great location- we visited several beaches, rented bikes and enjoyed fresh seafood. "We checked in on an incredibly hot weekend and we were very happy to find that Tim was installing an AC unit in the lower level which was lovely. The AC in the rooms made sleeping very comfortable . "Great quiet scenic location right at the water. We stayed in two different rooms both in the oceanfront condo type building (room 26 and room 25a). King beds were very comfortable. Nice tall table with four chairs. Lots of windows. 26 was on ground level and 25a was on second floor. Definitely get a top floor unit if you can! "
