"The staff went the extra mile by adding a Happy Birthday balloon, candy, swan folded towels, and a 'Lets Celebrate' banner in our room for my friends 60th Birthday. So sweet and unexpected. The room was clean and comfortable. The heater only blew cold air but turning it off was an option. We would go back and I would recommend the property. It's an older building but a great option for a fair price!"

"This is such a unique, cool property. It'd be nice to be able to access one's vehicle a bit easier, but they do a great job of making the bell service available as quickly as possible. Obviously its going to suck around check in/check out time, but overall it wasn't too bad! Our bellman, Jose was AWESOME as well. He anticipated our needs, offered solutions for us, and helped us lug entirely too much luggage up the stairs. He was awesome!!!"
