« The staff are great, helpful and friendly: A+. The motel's condition was clean but old: B+. The breakfast was mediocre-- acceptable, but not something to get up for in the morning: C. The coffee and tea were subpar, as were the eggs: D. But the waffles and toppings were great: A. And there was fresh fruit and the standard toast, yogurt, oatmeal, boxed cereals and pastries, not great, but acceptable: B. »

« This was an absolute terrible stay. It was obvious this room was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We immediately found hair (not ours) all over the sheets, everything had a coating of dust, makeup on the pillowcases, we couldn't take off our shoes from the dirty floor, and lastly we found blood on the towels. »

« The facility was unsafe and unsanitary. There was a clear mouse infestation, and the odor became unbearable. The lack of running water made the property unlivable. I contacted the host multiple times regarding the water issue, but nothing was done.Additionally, the oven did not work, there were no lights on the outside staircase leading to the bedroom, and there was no lock on the door, creating serious safety concerns. »
