Appartements à Station de métro Sodo

« Great spacious place in a quiet location. Place was clean and had all necessary amenities. Would recommend to anyone needing to stay in the Beacon Hill area »

« Broken heating controls, cracked dirty floors, no tv & streaming, moldy coffee maker, etc. I've got pictures. I'm following up with VRBO & Expedia, who I booked through. I do want a refund & I will pursue with my bank if I don't get one otherwise. »

« We appreciated the comfort of the furnishings and the easy walk to the new light rail station. »

« This property is falsely advertised as “air conditioned”. In reality there is a small WINDOW air conditioner placed on a tray table in the bedroom BUT NOT INSTALLED in a window. Air conditioners cannot work without proper installation which means this is NOT an “air conditioned” apartment. The hosts communication was limited to only the most essential comms. Despite my asking multiple times in advance about the check in process I received no communication from the host until exactly check in...

« It was a truly terrible stay. The room was small and cramped, the air conditioning was uncontrolled, and the heat was too intense for a good night's sleep. There were so many homeless people nearby that I didn't dare go out for a walk. Even worse, they required check-out at 10:00 AM. I left a message saying my friend would pick me up at 11:00 AM and that the cleaners could come after 10:00 AM. I meant I could wait in the living room without interrupting the cleaning process. However, they...

« You need to be aware of what you’re getting into here. The first few photos are not the room you will be getting. The bed is accessed via ladder only and this may not work for all travelers. The steps in the first photo are not your actual private space. We were caught off guard and managed to make it work but were less than impressed. Additionally, the sofa in the small seating area was broken on one side. »

« I highly recommend this great VRBO to my family and friends. Very accessible to downtown Seattle, transportation was accessible from Beacon Ave to the Light Rail, FouLee market was great. Everything that Heather listed in their book was great guide for local needs. »

« Overall it was nice. Great location to downtown area »

« Excellent stay! The area in the neighborhood can be a little dangerous at times, but the unit itself was delightful, and I would definitely stay again. »

« Completely remodeled / new unit that is well equipped and appointed. The host was very responsive and accommodating. »

« Really clean and cozy space! »

« Very clean and clearly updated. Easy and private access. Well worth the cost. »

« Good place to stay. I most likely will come back. »
