Complete with a queen-size bed, couch, chair, full bathroom & kitchenette, it’s everything you need. In-Room amenities are hotel-like, so it’s meant to come back, relax& then get back out to see the city. Complimentary coffee, a microwave & frig are provided. The kitchenette is minimal (water/coffee cups, napkins, but no utensils/plates). This studio is perfect for a single person or couple looking to have a place to lay low after a day out in Seattle. There is no second bed/sleeping area, so if its two people at the studio, you'll need to share the queen-sized bed. The kitchenette is small and meant to be hotel-like. It has all the basics, but isn't setup for any cooking. There is a microwave for heating up leftovers. Coffee is offered via Keurig. The location is on arterial road, so there is road noise. We provide a sound machine and earplugs to help with sleeping, but we want to be transparent on this for light sleepers. I lived here for over 2 years coming from New York City, and this didn't bother me. But understand it can bother some. There is an Amazon Fresh, coffee shop (with amazing pastries), brewery & multiple restaurants located within 5 - 9 min walk from the studio, walking north on 23rd Ave South. If you are hanging in for the night, this allows for things to do. The hosts were friendly and check in was easy. You do have to park on a side street and walk over to unit. However it was difficult to find parking, and being right on 23rd was so noisy, even late at night and first thing in the morning. however the worst thing were the people upstairs who were so loud and stomping around at all hours. even despite the white noise machine (thank you!) I woke up several times this weekend.
