« When I arrived there were other guest waiting at reception because there was no one there. Other people left because there were no service. Then a woman Lily came out and either a bad attitude she helped is registered »

« Personnel mal aimable, meme pas un bonjour. Petit déjeuner inexistant. Literie sale.

« I usually appreciate Tru but his hotel in ABQ is very far from the usual standards of comfort of the others sisters locations of Tru hotels. First, staff is managed by Randi who has absolutly nothing to do with clients satisfaction. A intensive training to understand basics commercial behaviour seams necessary for this team... »

« Rooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly. Also breakfast was pretty good. »
