We want to make sure we provide you with the best experience possible---at the same time you will be staying in our personal vacation home that we have taken a great deal of care to furnish and maintain. It is important to us that the house is taken care of - we have had great results by talking to first-time guests.

➢OCEANFRONT: This immaculate luxury oceanfront home is in a gated community directly on the beach. There is a high-rise bridge from the mainland to the island. The Beach House features 8 bedrooms including top floor master suite, all with TVs, 7 1/2 baths, seated dining for 20, two gas fireplaces, 3 decks overlooking the beach, a "sunset" deck on the inter-coastal side, a separate TV/Game room, pool, hot tub, and an outside shower. Also, it includes high-speed Internet, high-definition TV with surround audio, and a 10-zone Sirius/XM music system with one-touch controls in every zone.
➢ELEVATOR: Fully accessible handicapped suite in the main living area.
➢Automatic whole-house fire sprinkler system, adding safety to this luxury property.

Beach House Heaven

An amazing beach vacation! We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and this is the best one ever. Plenty of space, and a great beach for the family to gather. The house is beautiful, well maintained, and immaculate, with no details lacking. I wish we could give more than 5 stars—-rarely do the other glowing recommendations match the experience. Beautiful Home

We booked this home for a family vacation and we were beyond pleased. Tom was wonderful to work with and was very prompt when we reached out to him. This home had everything and then some. The kitchen was stocked with top of the line items and any pot or pan needed to cook a meal. The beach felt like it was our private beach and the closet of beach items provided was great. This house exceeded our expectations and made our vacation very relaxing.

Amazing property!

This home checked all of the boxes! The location on the beach was perfect, the layout was great for a multi-generational group and the house was perfectly appointed. Tom (the property manager) was incredibly responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Lovely vacation home with some accessible features

Our family includes a paraplegic, so having an accessible home was critical. Accessible has a lot of meanings; in this case, his wheelchair could fit through the bathroom door (which it did not in a previous vacation home), and the bathroom sink was a good height for a wheelchair user. The shower, unfortunately, did not work for him because he uses a shower chair that would not fit through the shower door. So he had to take the elevator down to the outdoor shower. All that said, it's a WONDERFUL house, with great views, lots of space, comfortable beds, and (for those of us who can walk) good beach access. It's VERY well stocked. We enjoyed staying here so much that we have already booked our trip for next year, when we know we won't have to bring as many items because they are provided (beach chairs and towels, soap and paper products, kitchen appliances, etc). Finally, I want to point out that the property manager, Tom, is excellent. He's very friendly, helpful, and responsive.

Perfect for our family

Our large family has specific needs for our summer gathering. The location, accommodations and property manager helped make this vacation a memorable one. We have a special needs grandchild and Tom, the property manager, went above and beyond to help us meet our sweet one's needs. The home, including 3 washers and dryers, wonderfully equipped kitchen, and beach toys for all ages allowed us to concentrate on the important reason for our trip...family memories.

Perfect Beach Home

We could not have been happier with this beautiful beach front home! Tom was there to greet us and to show how everything works! Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for whole family. Amazing house right on the beach

My wife and I enjoyed our 2 week stay. The house was clean, beds made and towels in all bathrooms when we arrived. The location of the house is great, right on the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Great communication with Tom (property manager), answered all our questions, meet us for check in to walk us through the house and handled a small problem with the jacuzzi the same day (actually within 2hrs).
