Nos merveilleux cottages à Smyrna

« Property was as advertised. However, the water temperature was definitely an issue in the house. It was either cold or super hot. I scalded my body in the shower. I really think the water heater needs to be adjusted. Also there is no water pressure in the shower. In addition there is a light in the kitchen that has to stay on at all times in order for the rest of the outlets to work, so at night you have to close the bedroom doors to sleep. But other than that it was a nice place to stay. »

« The stay was perfect for me and everything was exactly what I as advertised on the site. Definitely would recommend it plus a wonderful location especially for me was perfect. »

« Property was clean inside and out, easy to find, and the host was easy to reach. The WiFi signal was slightly weak, possibly due to the rainy weather ??? That didn’t interfere with our stay as it was just an overnight stop. »

« This was an amazing stay and all communication was timely and very accurate. I came for some much need rest and peaceful getaway. The only disappointment was that I couldn't stay longer. Did I say peaceful??? If you want to party in the rental or lack etiquette, please don't disturb this beautiful home. This place is for city and decorum with southern hospitality! »

« We had a wonderful stay! Very clean, and very accommodating host. »

« Clean home. Hosts were good communicators. My daughter broke out from the blankets, so I’m not sure if a cat had been on them or if they just needed to be washed. »

« We have stayed here before and always enjoy it. Perfect location. It is 19 blocks from Broadway. Close enough to downtown to enjoy it and far enough to forget about it when it’s time to relax. Very close to many amenities. Very clean cottage and a friendly host. We consider this our Nashville home. »

« We had an absolutely lovely wedding anniversary weekend at this property. It's a really easy drive to get to the cottage but also feels secluded from the road. The kitchen was well appointed and I loved how cozy it all felt. The host was also really communicative. »

« Very nice living space, well-maintained, clean, and efficient with many amenities provided. Would be ideal for longer stays, we were there for less than 24 hours. Communication with owners was prompt and thorough and their expectations were clearly explained, I would highly recommend it. »

« What we saw on line was what we found at the location. Great stay made sooooo simple with the reservation/booking process. »

« Everything was as advertised. The only real room for improvement would be that the grass was kind of long but other than that it was the perfect get-a-way spot. »

« Nice quiet, clean place. Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. »
