"Check in was 4pm. Our room was still being cleaned at 430 and was not ready until 5 pm. Room was clean and met our needs. The pool was enjoyable but hot tub and sauna not working. Staff was friendly. Very walkable. Would stay again. "

"There were bad stains on the carpet going up the stairs. The drawers in the kitchen hit the refrigerator when opening. There were stains on the inside shower curtain, and the living room drapes. We have stayed there 4 times and this is the first time we have experienced so many stains. "

Was first time ever seeing a bidet in any hotel before. It’s conveniently located close to local dining venues and grocery stores. There is a snack rack and drink cooler that aren’t overly hotel priced and a fresh variety continental breakfast. "

"Nearby grocery and Outlet Mall close. Nearby neighbors had loud children til 10:00 at nite. Basically a loud family. Beds very hard. We have concluded that our bodies have outgrown the Sandcastle. Chairs dont recline. Thank you for many years of enjoyment."
