The house was lovely with a mostly full kitchen. Probably my only complaint was that the controls for the pool and hot tub were confusing and that the hot tub didn't really warm up to normal hot tub temperature of 103 degrees. They said it would only be 20 degrees more than the air temperature (although it did seem to warm up more than that). The little slide into the pool was surprisingly fun.There is room for 2 cars in the garage and 4 cars in the driveway, which was nice.Location was great as it was walking distance from downtown Siesta Key and to Siesta Key beach. ##### Richard H. The Check-in process was very easy, and the Property Manager was available at all times to address any questions we had and was able to come immediately when we had trouble with the sliding door and the powder room. The house was perfectly located - walking distance to the beach and the village. It was clean and well maintained. The elevator came in handy for our older parents as there are 4 floors with the main family room being on the top floor. ##### Jules L. This house was perfect for our extended family trip. Despite it not being beach weather, we were able to walk to the village with a handful of restaurants/bars to choose from. The house had a beautiful pool and hot tub, Also the rooftop deck was a great place to chill and watch the sunset. One minor downfall was there was not enough towels/washcloths to shower with, however, there was a washing machine to wash them. All in all, a great place. Walking distance to the beach and shops. Plenty of room for our family of 19\. Everyone loved the pool and spa. The slide was fun and enjoyed by both teenagers and adults. Kitchen had plenty of room and was well equipped with the items we needed. We were so grateful to have elevator for my grandson who uses a walker and also for getting the groceries to the top floor. The host was great and kept us updated. We didn't know about the strict parking rules, which was an issue a couple of times, but we made it work. Other than that, we did not have any issues that needed immediate attention. Just a few minor things that did not affect our stay and we already let the host know about them. If you are looking for a beautiful place in a great location with plenty of room for a large group, I highly recommend staying here. ##### Joseph M.
