Nice place
Conveniently located close to beach and village. However the area did get busy with public beach access nearby. Cute pool with outdoor shower but was also used by local kids. Unfortunately pest control treatment was scheduled during our stay and the guests upstairs had a domestic incident. But don’t let any of this deter you from booking. That was just our experience. The unit was perfect for a long weekend stay. Cleaning and maintenance people were very helpful and pleasant

Cozy rental just steps away from the beach
Located in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to the beach and a short walk away from restaurants and shops. The kitchen was handy to have for breakfast, lunch or a quick snack. Beach towels were supplied, which was nice to have. Would definitely rent again next time we are in the area.

Amazing little place next to the beach. Short walk to center of town. Very clean. Functional, though small, kitchen. We mostly used the fridge and microwave. Very clean. Ideal spot if you plan on spending most of your time out, and want a convenient, safe, quiet space to spend the night. Not good for entertaining, but perfect as a base of operations for 1-2 people.

The location was good ,somewhat unclear as shown in photos. We were told there was a toaster available. So we brought bread ,and bagels for breakfast and were not able to use them.There was no toaster in the unit. When I contacted the manager they said , there should be one. However, when I said that I had looked, .and found none . There was no further response. Other than that , the unit was adequate . It would be nice to have some information available on local restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Also information on how to navigate the television, would have been helpful . Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Thank you for your review and we sincerely apologize for the missing toaster. We take guest feedback seriously and have forwarded this information to the local staff so they can review and update the home as needed for future guests. I have verified on my end as well that the home has a toaster, but we apologize that there was none in the home. We hope to host you for another truly carefree and great vacation in the future.

Perfect location
We had a wonderful time. The place was in a perfect location. The cleanliness of the property was very good. Some ideas to pass on the dresser in the closet smelt of mildew which limited the space for clothes. The mattress and pillows could be updated. With that said still rate a 5 star for stay.

Weekend Getaway
Nice place to stay for a short weekend visit. Close to the beach and everything the village has to offer. We also enjoyed the Annual Sand Sculpting contest and the Sunday evening drum circle on the public beach.

It was perfect for just my husband and I. So close to the beach, just what we wanted. Short walk to all the restaurants and shops. Well taken care of, easy in and out. Perfect! Would definitely stay again!

Location is Amazing - Steps from the Beach!!!
The price was very reasonable for the awesome location. We got to check out both sides of the Key. Room is nice, could use some extra essentials when cleaning up. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful beach-great for walking. Great village just a short walk from the cottage with cute shops and good restaurants. Look forward to returning.

The location was wonderful-steps away from the beach and within walking distance to many bars, shops and restaurants with live music. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the property. Main surfaces and areas such as the bed, counters and toilet were clean. However, the walls, baseboards, windows, doors, and floor definitely needed a good scrubbing and a fresh coat of paint:( Electronic key fob was broken so we had to use keys provided-kind of a pain to ensure we had it at all times and didn’t lose them. I am not nit picky by any means but for the cost I felt it should have been improved with some TLC.

Location location location
We stayed here, ubered from Sarasota airport, for location! We love the pier end of the beach and special sunset flag ceremony held nightly. Walk right up to Village as well for all your dining, liquor store, and grocery. It is small, especially the bathroom, but we knew this going in. Convenient sized fridge, microwave and sink, we did not cook, we enjoyed all the groovy restaurants in the village. The only request would be to provide beach chairs, cooler & tumblers for two. We left the chairs we bought & tumblers for future guests. We brought a packable cooler. The pool was warm, we did not use, but felt the water, pretty sure it is heated. Property manager was attentive. Check out is 10am so keep that in check if you are ubering and flying home. No where to put your luggage after check out. I would stay again!

We didn’t even have to bring our shoes to walk to the beach! So many great restaurants around and a grocery store close by. Hands down the best vacation we have ever had!
