"Absolutely fantastic hotel. We arrived to be informed we had been upgraded to a Junior Suite room which was just fab. Every member of staff we met greeted us with a wide smile and were so helpful. Great location. Lots of public transport available close by. Brilliant area to be in. Walkable to BrickLane and Spitalfields. "Very comfortable, well appointed hotel. Soap/shampoo offerings better than what I'm used to in UK hotels. Breakfast was high quality though service in restaurant a bit slow. One caveat: Hotel entrance is from a courtyard off Devonshire Square and not visible from the street. Even London black cab drivers can't find it if they haven't been there before. Use 4 Devonshire Square address for cabs or Ubers than walk up steps into courtyard."

"Well, what a pleasure this hotel was from start to finish. The property itself is decorated in a quirky stylish way. All the room amenities were controlled by your very own Ipad …tv lights blinds heat etc. Very cool. The pod bathrooms are fab and the bed was so comfortable. "This was a memorable stay thanks to Ingrid and the team. They went above and beyond for my partners birthday. Thank you. The location, the food and atmosphere was superb. We had a minor issue with the AC (couldn’t work out how to put the heating on) and it was fixed within minutes. Reception were welcoming and attentive. The spa facilities included the steam room and jacuzzi. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you! Definitely coming back here. "
