"The elevator was down as well as the pool. The continental breakfast was almost non existent. The lock on the door was broken. The chairs in the room were ready to break. We were told there was shampoo and body wash available in the room and there wasn't any. There was mo soap at the sink to wash your hands. The refrigerator wasn't even cold enough to keep anything in it. We had to put things in the freezer instead. I would not recommend this place unless it had a complete overhaul. The staff were pleasant and helped us carry our items to the room but we had family take our things to the car when we left. "

The house was incredibly clean, well furnished, and cozy. Our family loved the rural setting and close proximity to the neighboring towns. Incredible value for all the amenities and features you get. "Great location, cleanliness, and communication. Loved the hot tub after hiking. Would definitely stay again. Kitchen is well-supplied with utensils, appliances, and essential needs (salt, pepper, spices), but bring any condiments or other pantry essentials you will need. This location does not have many of these items that sometimes are provided or left by previous guests. Not a criticism, because I don't expect that such items will always be available, just an FYI for future guests. "
