« The condo was beautifully decorated in a safe location . As soon as you walk in you could smell the cleanness ! From the balcony view you could see the parkway clearly . The biggest disappointment was we arrived in Tuesday - there was a sign in elevator saying pool closed June 15. Everyday we went to the pool. Still closed. Reached out got AI responses :( but trying to find information on pool - could not get an answer . Came to relax enjoy pool and find good eats . The inside pool chemicals...

« We had an amazing time at the condo. The pictures were exactly as we found the condo. It was so clean and was exactly as advertised. The pool area was great, as we used the indoor pool since it was a bit cool still. The location is amazing and so close to everything! Will certainly stay here again! »

« This was the best stay I've had in a long time. It was clean, spacious, and the host was very attentive. The dryer had alot of lent in the exhaust and we told them. Within the hour the vent was cleaned out. Absolutely would stay here again when we come back Pigeon Forge. »

« Excellent location for Big Ears, lots of food, beverage, & shopping options just outside. Loft is very nicely appointed and quite cozy, and communication was fairly prompt. The bar next door was quite noisy (party vibes) till 3am on a Wednesday night, so be aware if you’re looking for a quiet zone to relax and disconnect. Entrance isn’t clearly marked with the address, so a little extra detail on that would be helpful/reassuring. Overall a cool look and feel for a short or long stay, as long as...
