« Cobwebs over all the windows on the exterior nice over had a bigger pool and a hot tub and everything was together. Places is definitely lacking on maintenance. »

« The 2-Bedroom Villa is excellent. Very spacious and comfortable. The full size refrigerator in the kitchen is so helpful for a large family. The coffee pot is for ground coffee, no K cups. I recommend bringing your own pillows if you do not prefer heavy, bulky pillows. Also, there is not a bathtub, only 2 showers. »

« Perfect location and accommodations! »

« This place is absolutely beautiful and clean! First impression: WOW! It looked just like the pictures, it smelled wonderful, and the decor was tastefully done throughout the place. The kithen, in particular, is a stand-out. Just gorgeous with all of the amenities of home. The location was good too--close to everything and very quiet. The host was very responsive from the initial contact to departure. Our two pooches loved having the freedom of sniffing around the back yard too. The only...

« Nicely updated property in convenient location. There was an issue with housekeeping service (they neglected to clean unit) but property manager made it right immediately. Quick communication and immediate solution. So still rating 5 stars. »

« Everything in the place was new and mostly clean (a lot of dust bunnies and dead asian beetles). We literally had everything we needed to cook all the meals we cooked. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything a family needs. The coffee bar was adorable and was a huge surprise. Loved the decor. Location was central to Everything! The hot tub was very nice after a long day of walking around doing all the tourist things. The washer and dryer were great. I would definitely stay here again if...

« Great little cabin with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Well stocked kitchen. Great views. »

« GREAT »

« We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The villas were beautiful, exceptionally clean, and tastefully decorated. They were very spacious with plenty of room for our family to spread out, while still being close enough for everyone to gather together. We especially appreciated the privacy, the many amenities, and how well the property was maintained. The only suggestions I would offer are that the living room couches are very deep and could benefit from a few throw pillows for better back support....

« We had an amazing time! We’d rate our trip and overall experience a 15 out of 10. Everything was exactly as described, and the property was the perfect home base for our Fourth of July weekend in the Smokies. The views were incredible, the rental was spacious and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed all of the Westgate activities—we looked forward to them every day. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! »
