Large Group Villa Center, Seminyak

This amazing modern villa, right in the center of Seminyak is designed by a famous architect and very suitable for big groups or families.

With a kids friendly pool, jacuzzi, outside lounge area's, 2 floors, 3 bedrooms with own bathrooms and many more, this place is a dream come true. The secret of this spacious villa is that we joined the apartment on the first floor with the villa through a secret door.

The beautiful downstairs living room with specially designed sliding doors can open up to an infinity pool with waterfall and adjoining safe children pool. Everything is surrounded by a luscious garden for designed for ultimate privacy. An outdoor lounge set, shower and separate bathroom complete the picture.

The three spacious bedrooms has kingsize beds with high quality mattresses from King Koil and their own large modern terrazzo bathrooms.

For guests convenience, we can change the bed setting in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed that can be split to 2 singles and furthermore has a sofa bed with an additional trundle, that can accommodate two children.

In the living room of the appartment on the first floor, we can set up an additional comfortable sofa bed for two adults.

Both floors have fully equipped kitchens, their own entrances and parking spots. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Satellite TV, DVD/CD player, safe deposit box, ceiling fan, Free Wi-fi and 24/7 available friendly and competent staff.

Free fresh prepared breakfast from 8.30-10.30 is served daily and airport transfers are included (with a minimum stay of 7 days).

Guest Access

Guest access is to the villa and apartment, that has an adjoining door on the first floor that can be opened. It has the feeling as one big villa, but has still two own entrance doors.


Interaction with Guests

There is 24/7 staff present and our house manager Maria is there for any questions, guidance or help. Outside office hours she is reachable by phone for emergencies.

Just around the corner from the vibrant shopping street and nightlife of Seminyak.
Here you can find numerous bars, restaurants and clubs.

Getting Around

Every minute there a taxi's passing by in front of the street. It is easy to go by foot, as the main street is around the corner.
