"Room dirty old food left in fridge and ac didn’t work in the whole building."

"Room service didn’t know if they can get us hot water and have to wait on hold. When calling to find out if there was an event going on in the restaurant for Brothers for Cinco de Mayo, no one knew what was going on and we ended up finding out. It was a private event. Location is great in relationship to the Riverwalk and will probably go back again. The valet were very awesome and personable. The Front Desk was very attentive every time we walked by they said hi and got us whatever we wanted"

"The room was great and the staff was very helpful. The location was convenient and close to attractions, a grocery store and an excellent Mexican Restaurant, Mamacitas."

"Do not listen to the porters about taxi rides back to the airport. They will tell you its $29 but the taxi driver will charge you $39. The taxi driver is trying to charge me twice by double charging my credit card. An uber or lyft will be cheaper. Also the rooms are a little run down. The place needs an uplift."
