And outside we have a Meditation Labyrinth for relaxation and practicing mindfulness that lights up with firefly decor at night! Garage door opens when the weathers nice so you can enjoy it more. Located in the beautiful Red Rock town of Sedona in a sleepy more relaxing area away from all the hustle and bustle, this home features fast access to restaurants (less than a mile) and grocery stores, central air conditioning, tankless water heater. There is one master bedroom, and another large bedroom with king bed, and a third bedroom with a queen bunk bed. The space has a southwest atmosphere, most of the furnishings are actually custom built! The Sauna - Clearlight Sanctuary Retreat- this is a full spectrum infrared sauna offering near, mid and far infrared heat. This is no ordinary sauna and is far superior to a dry sauna for health benefits according to many recent health articles and studies. Near Infrared is the shortest wavelength, and will be absorbed just below the surface of the skin creating a sweat that promotes healing and revitalization. Mid infrared is a longer wavelength that can penetrate deeper into the body’s soft tissue increasing circulation, releasing oxygen to reach injured areas. Far infrared is the longest wavelength which penetrates the fat cells causing vasodilation, where the fat cells vibrate to expel toxins, resulting in the greatest levels of detoxification and stimulate your metabolism to aid in weight-loss After trying many infrared saunas over the last 5 years this is my absolute favorite. And I was paying between $40-$60 every time I wanted to use it at my local health club that offered it. I wanted to have it at my house so our guests could enjoy its benefits. The Cold Plunge- After researching all of the top cold plunges on the market it was clear that this was the best around. As seen on Shark Tank! And used by many of todays top athletes and celebrities including Lebron James, Andrew Huberman and T.J Dillashaw. Need to cool down and decrease inflammation after a long hike or golf game or just utilize all the amazing health benefits this technology has to offer it’s truly an amazing machine! And it will go up or down 7 degrees an hour ranging from 39- 60 degrees, so if your a beginner or advanced, or have people in your group that like it at different temperatures, this is a great fit. The JOOVV Red Light Therapy 3.0 Quad- After recently trying red light therapy and having incredible results (for me this was increased energy levels and sense of well being) I wanted to bring this to the house as another amazing tool for health and recovery. Speaking to many individuals in this space and doing research it was clear that JOOVV was undoubtedly the best brand with the highest quality red lights. This translates to an amazing user experience with the best results. There are two different settings that can be used individually or at the same time Red and Near Infrared According to Joovvs web page: The red light therapy benefits from wavelengths in our products take place at the cellular level and have been proven in many studies. Red and near-infrared light are energy for your cells. Exposing your body to this light enhances your cells to function as they are designed to. The human body is complex yet amazing! It is hard to predict the way your body will respond to Photobiomodulation and how quickly you will see results. Your cells will decide what healing needs to take place first. Some other noted benefits are: Enhanced skin health and healing, mental acuity, decreased inflammation and sleep optimization The Jacuzzi is a new Bullfrog XL 7 that can seat 8 people and has 2 pumps and a lounger that you can stretch out on while the jets give you a massage. We have added updated appliances including a gas stove, new fridge with french doors, and 4 smart TVs (one in the living room and one in each bedroom), so you will have all the comforts of home with the Sedona feel. There are 2 bathrooms one in the master and one in the hallway next to the third bedroom. Also we have added a 48 amp Electric Vehicle charger that can charge at speeds up to 46 Miles per hour. \*\* Because of the relaxing and tranquil nature of the neighborhood we cannot allow any events/parties\*\* You have access to the whole house and back yard. We have a keypad to the front door.Access is super easy! Dan and Cory are both hosts of this house and both are always just a phone call away. We aim to give our guests the best stay possible! We enjoyed the outdoor patio and the indoor hot tub/sauna area. The house is further south of Sedona and can be a bit of a drive to get into city limits, especially if traffic is bad. But it is nice and close to the several shops/restaurants in Oak Creek and near the southern part of the red rocks. We loved that the property included a Red Rock Pass for the car - such a nice idea! We loved the outdoor space with the fire pit and even saw some javelinas wander into the yard on our second night. Cory was extremely helpful and had great communication with us during our stay. The location was perfect - close to restaurants but outside of the craziness of downtown Sedona. Minutes from the Bell Trail! Our favorite park was the yard. We spent time on the patio enjoying the view of the red rocks and a warm fire. Great property! Thanks Cory! ##### Holly J. It probably needs a few kitchen items we had to buy a few containers, paper towels, TP, Can opener (we left it all there for the next visitors, There were also very few cleaning supplies but that’s just me. Cory was great. Very prompt in checking in to see how things are throughout our stay. Often times it’s the little things that make the difference and Cory’s attention really made this an even better experience. The big things, like the property , are also important and the house was great. We didn’t use the fire pit, but it looked great! The house was clean, spacious and really taken care of. Plenty of room for everyone! I have been to Sedona a couple times and prior to booking I was worried about the location. But after staying there I was worried for nothing. You are very close to all that Sedona had to offer. The roundabouts on the “main drag” of Sedona get congested, and coming from the house you avoid much of that congestion. If you are on the fence, just book it. You won’t regret it. ##### Sara F.
