Only thing to note is the two upstairs rooms are very precarious with the staircase. Fantastic property! Reminded me of my old family’s house in San Diego. Tons of character! Easy walking to a stone Way for food and nearby parks. Short drive to downtown Fremont. I could have easily lived here. Great communication with the host/property manager! The house is pretty high end with all the amenities you could want or need. Just be careful with the stairs inside and outside if that’s a concern. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. This house was located exactly where I needed to be. It is spacious, with plenty of room to stretch out.
