"Bar was closed due to construction. It would have been nice to know that in advance. Otherwise was perfect. Very walkable to shops, restaurants & arena."

"I had to register over a cell phone by a lady who couldn’t speak English. A man came on phone and said lady needed my id and credit card to take a picture on phone. Not too thrilled with that. Accommodations were ok for price. No coffee in room. Had to go across parking lot to office to get a terrible watered down cup of coffee. There was NO breakfast even though it was advertised on web. For $10 more I would rather go to Comfort Inn next door for great room and great breakfast of waffles, eggs, sausage and much more plus good coffee."

"I had stayed this property several times before and I enjoyed it. But unfortunately this time was not good. Bathroom door made a noise, toilet flush was loud and the heater was running loudly and I couldn’t sleep. "

"Room was very clean, could not find a coffee maker in building...seemed strange for extended stay. Biggest issue is the "key". Electronic key system was very unreliable and we were locked out for a period of time. Very disappointing "

"The staff was outstanding in being helpful and professional at the same time . I’d like to address Stewart first . This manager was above and beyond professional. I don’t know his pay grade but he needs a rise . Friendly but at the same time honest and professional . I asked him some questions and found him to be very intelligent . 2nd is Rob … very insightful professional and helpful . I also asked him for some advice and was quickly told honest answers and fixed the problem right away . 3rd Curry . Cheerful with a sense of humor while keeping things orderly and clean. 4th Melissa … new but very professional and friendly ! I would personally like to thank the manager and all his staff . He runs and maintains the property at very high standards. 5 star review ! "
