« My wife and I had a great stay at Bellwether House. The location was perfect next to the park. Quiet, charming and still walkable to everything you’d want to do. Matt and the rest of the staff were very hospitable. The tea service and breakfast were fantastic! We ate there every morning and evening (before dinner). Les chambres, comme l'hôtel en lui même, sont très très belles et joliment décorées; la maitresse des lieux tout à fait charmante et attentionnée. Les petits-déjeuners proposés - chaque jour différents - une "tuerie"! Et je ne vous parle pas du reste (tea-time, digestif en fin de soirée, etc.) Nous avons passé un si agréable moment que nous y sommes... retournés 4 jours après notre (1er) départ. Courez-y vite! »

« Globalement bien, mais j'ai payé Hotels.com une première fois et l'hôtel m'a fait payer une seconde fois la chambre à mon départ. L'hôtesse m'a bien indiqué qu'elle allait voir ça avec sa responsable, mais seulement une fois que la somme soit prise une seconde fois sur ma carte bancaire. Ca me fait une nuit d'hôtel à 260 euros environ, pour trois nuits je vous laisse faire le calcul. J'ai envoyé un mail au SAV d'hotels.com le jour même de mon départ mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse à ce jour.......

« I absolutely loved this place! My boyfriend and I took one room and my Mom took the one next to us. The rooms were beautiful, and the beds were very comfortable. There's an intercom you can turn on to play ambient music; it was on when we walked in and it just made the arrival so relaxing. « The staff was phenomenal from the moment we arrived. They spared no expense. The furnishings and decor were a fantastic mix of old and new with that classic Victorian vibe that charms so timelessly. The breakfasts were cooked to perfection and served in such a way to make anyone feel like they have truly stepped into high society. We truly felt like we were home away from home. "Nous avons été déçu de la propreté de la chambre. Le plancher était sale et collant , pleins de tâches et des cheveux par terre. Il y avait de la poussière sur les meubles. L’odeur en rentrant dans la chambre était bizarre et les serviettes de bain ne sentait pas bon. Le lit et les draps était propre mais encore une odeur bizarre. Je n’y retournerai pas malheureusement."
