Sarasota cottage in a great location
I enjoyed staying at this cottage. Nice quiet neighborhood where I could easily bike to the bay. The owner Stan was very attentive and made sure I was not in need of anything. Only suggestions I would have are to have another mirror besides the bathroom, a grab bar in the shower and perhaps some more updated and comfortable bedding. Unfortunately I was not able to enjoy the outside of the property because the owner was still cleaning up from the hurricane. Overall I would recommend this as a nice comfortable place to stay on vacation.

Great location
Owner is on premises and is very nice and helpful. The cottage is small but cleverly designed. Kitchen is very well appointed, high end refrigerator and gas stove. Excellent wifi and tv connections and a nice desk arrangement for computer work. Comfortable bed. There is a mirror in the bathroom over the sink but another mirror in the cottage would be nice. Laundry appliances weren’t working, but owner allowed us to do laundry in his machines. The garden is very beautiful but it is shared with the owner who has various work projects going on. There are tools, small machines etc all around. Great neighbourhood, safe for walking -15 minute walk to food shops and Bayfront Park.

My stay
The owner is really nice and let me be which was nice and much needed for my stay. Only complaint was the place looked nothing like the photos. The fire pit/koi pond area was a mess and there was no steam room as listed in the description for that reason I was disappointed as it was misleading. I was looking forward to a nice steam room to relax in from time to time during my stay. Other than that I did enjoy my stay.

Great Guest house in a Great Location
Great guest house in a great location. Within walking distance of the Bayfront, downtown and Morton's gourmet market. Lido Beach is a short distance away. The guest house is in a quiet and lovely area. There is a beautiful tropical garden right next to it. The guest house has everything you would want including a gourmet kitchen. The owner keeps the guest house clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this guest house for a stay in Sarasota.

Great Option for short to extended stay guests
The property is lovely, It.was clean and had a great kitchen that anyone would love to cook in. There are a few problems that the owner is currently working to correct. Parking is among top priority to correct and finishing the laundry area is the other. We had expected laundry to be installed but it was under construction so hopefully the next guests will have this as an amenity. Another problem is no mirrors in the bedroom. It has a very large TV in the living/sitting area and a smaller one in the bedroom which was great. It is surrounded by a beautiful deck and lots of plants and greenery which the owner takes care of daily. I would return as it is walking distance to downtown, the bay and many great restaurants. Walking there is most enjoyable.
