"There was no one there, we got there about midnight to check in, asked for bottom floor room, told there was non but looked like there were plenty. Was put on the back side of the 2nd floor near so called pool. Beds were NIT comfortable at all, room were nasty. Glad we only slept couple hours and left. Idk how hotels.com can use then. Didn’t even take pictures cause couldn’t get out fast enough, felt dirty after staying there. Took a shower with shoes on, still felt dirty. Had young children with us as well and they had red bites on them after we left. So very disappointed. Was definitely NOT worth the little bit of money and time spent there. "

"The property is very nice and convenient for the family to visit with. My only issue was that there wasn’t enough soap in the shower for two people but overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"The only thing I can say about this place was that it was adequate. My opinion is that it was not up to Hilton standards. The room was spacious and that’s all. There was only one clothes hanger in the room. The blinds wouldn’t come go up, There was no coffee or water cups in the room. I will not stay at that location again. They gave the customer who checked in ahead of me bottled water but I got nothing. I was really not happy about it. "

"This hotel worked fine as a quick overnight stop right off I-95, which is exactly what we needed. We arrived around midnight with two toddlers, and while the front desk staff was on the phone when we got there, we did have to wait about 10 minutes to check in. Thankfully, our kids handled it well. The room itself was okay for a short stay, and the beds were comfortable. There was a very bright spotlight outside the window, but the curtains did a decent job blocking most of the light. The bathroom door had a noticeable patch, like it had been damaged before, which wasn’t ideal. The parking lot also had quite a bit of trash, which wasn’t a great first impression. Breakfast was a bit disappointing—by the time we went around 9 AM, most of the food was already gone. Overall, it met our low expectations for a one-night stop, but I wouldn’t plan to stay longer than that."
