"The hotel surpassed our expectations! The room was immaculate and refreshed to the same standard every day. Every member of the staff was cordial and helpful. We only had breakfast one morning (which is included) and there were many varieties of foods to choose. Lunch and dinner at The Bistro were excellent, as was the service. "Lovely lake-facing room with a wonderful view. Comfortable bed. Spacious shower with lots of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the convent and funicular. The walk back up from town could be a bit challenging for older or unfit people, but we enjoyed it."

"Excellent breakfast. Beautiful lake view. Very convenient to board the ferry to the Isole Borromee. The extra money for a parking pass was well worth it. If you are there on a Saturday, the open market in Intra is about 10 minute drive away and it is big!"
