"A very peaceful location with great proximity to the airport and near a pleasant village. It is a tidy and compact cottage that was perfect for our family and Patricia was very helpful. It was pleasant to sit outside the cottage and enjoy the lush greenery. It's best not to let kids wander up the driveway toward the main house as there are large guard dogs that can surprise you."

"Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit einer grossartigen Lage. Leider gibt es unangenehmen Geruch in den sanitären Anlagen und es gibt Ameisen im Haus. Die Zimmeraufteilung sollte besser in den Angebotsdetails/Ausschreibung ersichtlich sein. Das Haus ist nicht geeignet für 3 Personen die nicht familiär sind. Der Zugang zum Haus sollte besser beschrieben werden. Wir benötigten Hilfe vom Support Team. "

"Hotel is clean, reception staff is very good, restaurant staff gets the work done but not very friendly. Room was in a bad condition, wall were peeling, door didnt lock, shower head wont stay in place, bath tube in a horrible condition. "Unfortunately I would say our experience wasn’t great. The balcony door was broken and when asked to have our room switched she told us not to worry it’s safe. Being that we were on a girls trip. We didn’t feel safe at all and the balcony was on the first floor. So people can easily just walk right it. That ruined the trip it self. The space it self was clean and huge. Very roomie but that situation didn’t allow us to sleep and we had put chairs and table by the door not that would have much but to prevent someone from coming in. Unfortunately I was not impressed that they didn’t switch rooms for us as that would have made the experience better but we couldn’t get any sleep. "

"Beautiful hotel and grounds! Friendly and helpful staff, delicious food! A wonderful all inclusive experience. We had a beautiful room with an extra large balcony with partial view. Room was always cleaned daily and towels changed. We enjoyed the location, the ample parking and the grounds. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and we all enjoyed the buffet, kulinarium restaurant and the evening shows. We are already planning our next trip there! Thank you for a beautiful holiday week Riu Madeira! "
