The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest. « This place was perfect for our trip to Disney. It is about a 15 minute drive to the park. Place was clean and well maintained, beds were so comfortable, and the space was perfect for our little group. Parking garage is a little small so if you have a big car just be warned. Besides that highly recommended! »

« This property was just Ok. It definitely needs some TLC..It’s pretty beat up. We also found the description not to be totally up to date. Although not an issue for us, the description says each of the 3 rooms also has a futon bed making it sleep 9 guests total, but each room only had 1 bed. It also shows board games in the photos as well as stating there are games, which we didn’t not find.
