"The gentleman at the reception was so friendly!! Breakfast was delicious! And the staff made sure the breakfast was never empty! I stayed in the bi level loft and I would definitely stay again! A brief 15 minute walk to the Disneyland park or a 5 minute walk to the Toy Story lot! This hotel was a 10/10 "

I had to move rooms at midnight and there was no staff to help. Facility also has no wheelchairs. Hotel refused to take accountability and did not comp room or adjust price OR OFFER BONVOY POINTS, meal vouchers or anything."
