"The stay was nice but the front desk staff needs a little help in hospitality and helpfulness. I loaded all my own luggage which I was able to do but no bellman offer Ladies helping at the front desk were less than congenial. I have stayed at the Tivoli for many many years but this was the first I felt bothered by the lack of friendliness and welcoming from front desk staff."
